Apartments
Information is provided by students on apartments around the medical center. If you are looking for a roommate, contact the Office of Student Life and request a housing list.
Immunization Record
This form must be completed by your physician and submitted by July 23, 2010, to the address on this form before registration can be completed. Click here for form.
Email & Domain Accounts
As a new student, you will receive notification via e-mail from the Registrars Office before your first semester, providing you with an HSC email, domain account, and ID badge number. This information will be important to access the Student Center self-service site.
Registration for Fall 2010
The Registrars Office will register each student in the IMGP program for the following courses: INTD 5000-Fundamentals of Biomedical Sciences and INTD 5008-Laboratory Rotations. It is your responsibility to check your HOLD status that will prevent you from getting registered. To check your hold status, access the Student Center self-service site.

Tuition and fees for IMGP Fall 2010
If all HOLDS were removed and you were registered, you will receive a tuition bill by mail in early August from the Bursars Office (210-567-2556 or bursar4students@uthscsa.edu) or to view your bill on-line, access the Student Center self-service site. Payment for tuition and fees is by 4:30pm August 20, 2010. Thereafter, a $100 late fee will be added. Failure to pay by Sept 8, 2010, will result in an automatic drop from all classes.
Orientation to IMGP
Orientation week is August 16 - 20, and the full schedule will be available on July 1, 2010. For information on Pre-orientation on August 1-13, contact Dr. Nicquet Blake (blaken@uthscsa.edu). The first day of classes is August 23, 2010.
Stipend Support
IMGP students are classified as Teaching Assistants and as such will receive an annual stipend of $26,000. As a student employee of UTHSCSA and earning a salary, you will be paid on the 1st working day of each month. Students that are processed and put on the payroll by August 1, will receive a paycheck by Sept 1, 2010.
