Where is the administrative
office of the GSBS?
A:
The GSBS main office is located
on the 4th floor of the Medical School building,
Room 414A.
Q:
How many semester credit
hours are full-time graduate students required to
take each semester?
A:
Students are required to enroll
in a minimum of nine credit hours for each Fall and
Spring semester and six credit hours for the Summer
semester.
Q:
Is health insurance available
for students?
A:
All incoming students are
required to show proof of health insurance coverage
before registering. New students are offered BlueCross BlueShield administered by Academic HealthPlans (AHP) through
the Office
of Student Services. You will automatically be enrolled in Davis Vision when you are on the AHP plan, but Dental is an extra enrollment process. Students may purchase health
insurance through their own carrier.
