UT System offers shared-use resource for researchers

The University of Texas System has announced a shared-use resource available to faculty researchers of the Health Science Center. The UT Research Cyberinfrastructure (UTRC) provides a combination of advanced computation systems, large-data storage and high-bandwidth data access between all 15 UT System institutions.

In a video on the System website, Joseph McCormick, M.D., professor and regional dean of the UT School of Public Health, Brownsville Campus, and vice president for South Texas Programs, UT Health Science Center at San Antonio, discusses his experiences with the UTRC.
