Hispanic Association of Colleges and Universities (HACU) Academic and Annual Conference Scholarships
The Hispanic Association of Colleges and Universities (HACU) has opened the applications for academic and annual conference scholarships.
Our academic scholarships are of varying amounts and criteria that include opportunities for students from both two-year and four-year institutions. If awarded, students may use the funds to cover tuition and related fees. Students may apply at: www.hacu.net/scholarships
Also, we will be awarding several student track scholarships for students to travel to our annual conference that will be held in San Diego, California at the Hilton San Diego Bayfront Hotel on October 28-30, 2017. We are expecting over 1,500 conference attendees, of which 500 will be undergraduate students attending the student track. The student track consists of a three-day professional and leadership component where students learn soft skills, such as personal branding and interviewing skills, to succeed in their career. They will also have a chance to meet with Corporate, Federal, and Non-Profit employers for internship opportunities and with graduate school representatives from national and international institutions during a three-day expo. The scholarships will cover the cost of airfare, hotel, and conference registration (also includes several meals). Over 200 students annually have been sponsored by HACU and partners to attend student track. Students may apply at: http://www.hacu.net/hacu/Conference_Student_Scholarship1.asp
