Texas Two Step is a free 5-minute training session in hands-only CPR designed to teach participants how to potentially save a life:

Step #1: Call 911.

Step #2: Begin hands-only CPR by pushing hard and fast on the center of the chest.

Heart disease is the No. 1 killer of Texans, with four out of five cardiac arrests occurring at home.

Training teams representing all eleven Texas medical schools will conduct this statewide hands-only CPR training to raise public awareness of hands-only CPR and train as many people as possible to save lives. A helpful guide: https://pacificmedicalacls.com/acls-guide-to-hands...
